My foot fixed itself by the 1st mile of walking, thankfully ๐๐ผ so we had a great time walking in the woods all week ๐ฅฐ
Day 4 of 'foot hurting' and things are looking up! I can now step fully on my foot, but it still hurts to put my full weight down on it ๐ฅฒ I'm really hoping that this is a trend, and my foot only aches a little tomorrow ๐ช๐ผ

Day 3 of 'my foot hurts and I have period cramps' and I've been awake since 6:30am ๐ Fortunately, after showering, having some breakfast (and some painkillers), I'm feeling a lot better and catching up on the Gymnastics World Champs ๐

My foot was feeling sore yesterday, but I didn't think much of it. This morning, I couldn't stand on it ๐
After calling my physiotherapist mom, we deduced that I have an impinged nerve in my foot, so it's going to be a heat and manipulation treatment for me today ๐ซ
I think I might just sit on Ableton for a few hours and try to make some banging tunes and hopefully that will help me wind down a little bit ๐ซฃโจ
