The long-staying Purple Heron (only the 7th Shetland record) has been with us for nearly three weeks but has moved from the Clumlie area to Brow Marsh. ORCAS!!!
This morning we had an absolutely incredible encounter with Orcas (six of the 27s pod) as they travelled down the east Mainland of Shetland, culminating in breathtaking views as they hunted right in front of us for over 15 minutes!
