Just want to reiterate that there’s no reason for this. There is no increase in crime. There are no riots. There’s no insurrection. They’re doing this without provocation. At least until they create one.

If you want to believe the democrats have no institutional power against Trump & actually have to get walked all over by him, fine. But watch how the republicans do things, gerrymandering all over the south is only one example. They do whatever they want & if it's against the rules they break them.

I think most Dems see representation in a passive sense, like these politicians represent my ideas. But politicians actually cultivate their own constituencies. Not actively doing this by standing for something big and bold and inspiring is what's killing Dems.

All because they wanted to say slurs & hurt brown people. Said people are now realizing how expensive racism is.

How about a press conference made up of Democratic leadership near the White House with the demolished East Wing in the background, talking about the government shutdown and Trump's warped priorities and demolition of public goods, including not just the East Wing but health care and so much else?

The U.S. government has often lied about things but I think it’s genuinely remarkable that we’re in an era where almost every public statement contains at least one lie.

I am furious. This doesn't even make the top 10 worst things they're doing list, but it's such a bleak metaphor. This wasn't his to demolish.
