I guess it’s the same thought that

- makes you build products when there are 100s launched daily.

The belief that you have a different perspective and that it’s valuable.

We are cooking at trendin and laying a solid foundation of user acquisition channels.

That means, early focus on SEO.

Good product strategy == easier acquisition, good execution == stronger retention.

The teams that execute poorly are often stressed, demotivated or uninspired - leading to people issues.

Maybe a personal bias, I am a stickler for high quality execution.

Almost the same order but with execution risk being the top 1.

With poor execution, despite having right focus, nothing works out!

It’s just a mindset thing. There isn’t a right or a wrong answer here.

I always attribute my first successful outcome of something new I try to luck and follow up harder to make it reproducible, before I consider myself skilled at it.

Helps me maintain a growth mindset.

I was alluding to a mindset that only when you can replicate successful outcome consistently, you can consider yourself skilled in that area.

Otherwise it helps to stay humbled by considering it a luck.

The first time you succeed in something, it’s luck.
