Anyway, back to cats. This wacko is fourteen years old and thinks he's still a pup. It's madness!

To most he was either a saint or the devil, and few are willing to look at the reality that he was very likely a human character made up of both (and yes, in his case, the bad was very bad). Reducing him to soundbites that fit a narrative is a huge part of the problem.

This has been my biggest fear about how we can move forward for a while now. Our very realities have severed. My family in Iowa never see the news that I see, so in their understanding Kirk was a good man, where I can see a more complex picture of a man who had very dangerous flaws.
