ICE arrested this guy and denied him a bond hearing even though he:

- Has lived here for 32 years.
- Has no criminal record
- Is head of quality assurance and safety for a painting company
- Has six U.S. citizen relatives
- Suffered a stroke in 2022 and needs ongoing care.
- Wasn't even a target.

Federal district court judges are almost UNANIMOUSLY rejecting the government's new interpretation of a 1996 law to bar release from ICE detention to millions of people. Yet the Board of Immigration Appeals, fresh off a purge of Biden appointees, made it official precedent.
