Cool, but what if teenagers weren't forced into car dependency just to get to school, eliminating the need to greenwash car parking lots.

A policy answer for this is to start using risk to apply policy/regulations and not the class name.

Speed & vehicle weight are obvious risk markers as to what should happen in a cycle track, or trail used also by pedestrians.

Light & slow, ok for mixed use. Otherwise, not.
