Post covid, poorly dressed, but it was a learning experience! You have to calibrate pain thresholds every now and then. Extremely proud of making it!

Last week I was having a streak a 4 out of 4 days following the plan perfectly. Then comes the friday rush to finish work, followed by date night - no run. Then came the weekend - no run. Should have run 16k for the first time on Sunday (Iβve never run sp far before), but it never happened. π€¦ββοΈ #nrc

That messed up my foot for weeks, if not months. Now, the day after running 8k, Iβm barely even sore? Itβs amazing how the body can adapt if given time (and protein) π

Was a bit nervous, but appearantly staying consistant for 6 week makes an incredible distance! Struggled a bit at 6,5 km, but slowing down helped enough
