I think socks in hospitals *could* have meanings, but the colors are only different between sizes here, so I don't think they mean anything here.

I stole some grippy socks during a previous hospital stay, but they were XXL. I can wear children's shoes, so those turned out to be more of a tripping hazard than expected.

I mean, I still took 'em tho.

I download Headspace and try one of the exercises.

I have been visited by two cardiologists who asked me a lot of questions. They can hear my pericardial effusion with their stethoscopes, which is wild.

One of the questions was if I have any pets at home, and what kind. I don't think they often hear that someone has approximately 75 tarantulas.

The second I hit send, a nice man magically appeared and said I could have water but not after midnight, because I am a mogwai.

The complaint feature works in magical ways.

I hate how the ER nurses put the pulse oximeter thing on your dominant hand index finger and an IV in the crick of your arm so you have to answer all the "omg are you okay??" texts with the wrong hand.
