This is a sad loss. Every so often I go down the rabbit hole of things like this and wish I had made something along these lines my career. This kind of planning is just so smart.

I wish we could charge them if we don't see a doc within an hour of our appointment time just like how they get to charge us if we can't make an appointment for a good reason.
