Her parents are angry and overprotective; her best friend Kelsie has abandoned her for being too exasperating; and her graduate school work is suffering, bringing her to the brink of expulsion. Spiraling and overwhelmed, witchy Ash tries to put a curse into the universe, so that anyone who tries to fuck with her will hurt like she hurts. Later, in a moment of clarity, she recants the curse. Then a man who ghosts her for a date is murdered. Surely it can’t be the curse she recanted? At first, she’s able to shake off the impending emotional spiral with the help of her therapy group friend Leticia and crush Dara. However, strange things continue to happen. Her window is broken by an unknown stranger. Kelsie’s apartment is broken into and Kelsie blames her. But when her skeazy professor is murdered right in front of her, she has to accept the facts—someone is stalking her and the people around her. Someone who looks exactly like her. Yes! I’ve had to do this too. It also helps when shopping at outlet stores. They sell out in the women’s section but have plenty in the men’s section, since my size is at the lower end of the men’s range. Sadly it only works for sneakers. Smallest men’s ankle boots are a size too big for me :(

Not at all! That’s the main thing I’m looking at (are there outcome differences for those who got the “formal” diagnosis vs self-identified?). There’s a question about whether you do/don’t identify as Autistic; if you say yes, it asks about when you first suspected and more about that experience.

No, everyone gets the community questions, as someone might feel part of the community due to close relationships with Autistic folk or from general neurodivergence. It’s not the main focus, but I’m quite interested in seeing what comes out of that dataset.
