And we are rapidly reaching the technological point, if we haven't already, where even the "from one human being to another" part of that is unnecessary.

The thing I start thinking about when I have either had too much to drink or have gone too long without drinking at all is that the idea of a "private" or "secure" communication from one human being to another is impossible in almost the same purely physical way as a perpetual motion machine.
