I’m not a constitutional scholar but if a president advocates for a change to election laws that is contrary to the constitution, isn’t that a violation of his oath of office?

I wonder how many in Congress grasp just how serious this is.

I don’t know which conservative Democrats need to hear this history lesson, but the German elected officials who voted to fund the Gestapo were considered Nazi collaborators.

It would take a two-word amendment to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to subject ICE agents and other federal law enforcement officers to the same liability for constitutional violations that local and state officers currently face.
