Wanted to write that their pharmacy search now works worse than the one my team wrote for the member portal it made 5 years ago, but that would be incorrect.

Theirs doesn't work at all. Entering zip is step 1, and if that fails, it doesn't let you advance to step 2.

I set up a recurring donation a few months ago. The way it went from least to most reliable source in just a few years, and is staying that way even as the current admin is starting to go after it, is something I wouldn't have believed if you'd told me 10-15 years ago.

One thing I noticed is that the AI results are getting more accurate a little at a time. And why wouldn't they, it's been training on our search queries for what, a year now?

And keep tabs on the users just in case someone later decides they wants us to.

I remember its early days when you had to carefully structure your search like you would a SQL query, or you'd get no results. Then one day i asked it something in normal human language and it gave me the result I was looking for. I was, finally, we have a great search engine! That was ten years ago

Oh it is totally both. We are so lucky that they are even less competent than his cabinet and staff were in the first term. We'd all be dead, in camps, or on house arrest with all our assets transferred to our husband or oldest male blood relative, if they had the skills to accomplish their goals.
