You should be able to get an aftermarket NP-F330 pack for it fairly easily, the NP-F interface is thankfully still an industry standard.

02.12.2025 11:32 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Guy at a local show sprayed his baja bug with chalkboard paint and just slapped a bucket of chalk on the pavement in front of it before walking off, kids and adults loved having a car there they could touch and write on
01.12.2025 07:31 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I've even gone out of my way this summer to get photos with people looking into engine bays or interiors, it shows life at carshows instead of just being sterile ad-copy shots.
01.12.2025 07:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'm never going to stop eating spaghetti in the cars. I'll die first.
01.12.2025 04:57 β π 24 π 5 π¬ 1 π 0Except the one guy at a show this summer who thought I was taking a picture of his ass while he polished his wheels... He immediately calmed down when I said "Your purple wheel rag matches your paint, I had a good candid shot" and then popped his hood to show me the engine.
01.12.2025 07:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'll ask car owners to move a chair if they're actively sitting directly in front of their car, but lmao imagine asking to take the photo. If anyone's asking anything it's usually the car owner asking the photographer to look at some specific detail they like!
01.12.2025 07:17 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0A black and white film shot of a boulder wedged in a canyon and suspended above a river. The film is cloudy from being developed and washed in river water taken from downstream, there is silt and probably some particles of spawned-out salmon carcasses embedded permanently in the emulsion.
The downriver view at Englishman River Falls is super iconic, also worth doing the short hike to the lower falls, where a huge boulder is wedged between the canyon sides with the river flowing underneath. Winter high flow turns it into a waterfall, but I've only shot it in summer/autumn.
29.11.2025 10:14 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Up until the very end (2017!) HMV Canada had Soul, Hiphop, R&B, etc all together in a section labeled "Urban". Yikes! I still shopped there a ton because it was also the only place where I could get UK electronic music releases special-ordered without having to pay international shipping rates.
24.11.2025 03:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I would argue that sometimes we do neither. We make for the sake of making because making is inherently gratifying, whether or not there is an audience or market for the product. How many of us have volume upon volume of negatives or prints that we made and love that never see the light of day?

They're a super useful tool, but so is a power drill, and I've seen people break fingers from not understanding that they're doing with them.

Yeah, the first couple nice days every spring I see retirees who haven't ridden in decades on brand-new ebikes. Great, except for the ones who don't realize they have the reflexes of a 75 year old on a bike that can casually go 30km/h on a MUP and stack it on the first shady wet corner.
