Hot take: Banning TikTok in the U.S. had nothing to do with national security, and everything to do with "we're in charge, not you." Vote accordingly in 2026 and beyond.

There's nothing magical about swing voters, they're just people who have no lifelong views of their own. They happen to live in politically evenly-divided states with a lot of electoral-college weight, and tend to vote against whoever's in office when their unremarkable lives get uncomfortable.

I don't get where "woke" -- the opposite of being either sound asleep at the wheel, or else deceased -- is an insult, or something to be ended.

Keep up with progress or get left in the dust. (Or even ask for help keeping up!) Demanding that progress stop for you isn't a winning strategy.
