I want Citymapper to add a "parenting" node where:
- it adds 10 minutes to the "leave by" time
- it avoids us walking past book shops, toy shops and sweet shops
- we have toilets and snacks every 5 minutes
- it adds 30 minutes to the bus wait times for Birmingham
