Rest at first (with anti-inflammatory painkillers), but gently exercise as soon as you feel ready. And start doing lower-back stretches daily to stave it off in future; you can look up some good physio options online.

I have issues with the final season of Stranger Things, but I loved the final hour and I’m not ashamed to share that the end credits made me blub like a big old silly.

It’s a really fun old-school point-salad Euro, marred only by a terrible rule book. (I suspect it’s a translation issue.)
