Running Hell's Vengeance for Pathfinder 1 has been the most fun I've had at the table in a long time. Having to justify murder and looting and all those awful things as the good guys sucks the fun out of the game as presented sometimes, so being the bad guys and skipping that step is good fun.

The only thing worse than feeling a creepy crawly on your skin is *not* feeling the creepy crawly on your skin as it hooks into your nervous system and lets its friends know what you're looking at. For Pathfinder 1 and Pathfinder 2.

running a pathfinder 2 game after looking back through pf1 content, one of the big downsides of the new pfs scenario layout is that enemy statistics and tactics are nowhere near each other anymore. pf1 scenarios had monster tactics integrated right in the stat block.

Starfinder playtest Empire's Devoured was extremely rough. Over the course of one single module, we had four tpks (all handwaved away except for the final encounter), two of them to PL+2 hazards that dealt a heap of damage each round and required six successes each to disable.

just TPK'd the group i'm running through cosmic birthday + empires devoured for the 3rd time. i would normally try and swerve to avoid it but its playtest stuff so i figured its better to let it play out and then retcon immediately. some of these encounter situations are just brutal though

The health minister, Mark Butler, has announced a review of the Australian standards of care and treatment guidelines for trans and gender diverse children and adolescents.

The National Health and Medical Research Council will undertake the review and develop new national guidelines, with interim advice on the use of puberty blockers to be given in the middle of next year.

Butler says the council will develop the guidelines alongside an expert committee that includes lived experience.

States and territories are responsible for providing and administering services for gender diverse and trans young people.

It comes after the health minister of Queensland this week announced a ban on puberty blockers for all new patients of the state’s only gender clinic at the Royal Brisbane hospital.
