There are always new murals of him here in his hometown. The art is great, but I really don’t think it’d be difficult to honor the sitcom mom from here instead. She actually gave back to the community and continues to do so even in death with scholarships.

For the record, this is how I look today, and I don’t know why I drew this guy’s attention.

A random meet cute is just not going to work for me, and I’m not sorry. Unless you’re the host from the Indian restaurant we went to last week, then I may be open to that.

He was nice and all and not bad on the eyes, but I don’t know how to explain to people that I am demisexual and have not been interested in a guy romantically in over a decade.

Of all the places this could happen, I was at a Dollar Tree by myself and kept running into this guy who works there. He asked if he could put his number in my phone, so in the midst of not wanting to be rude and my brain not working, I let him.

I don’t get hit on very often, but on the off chance I do, I have no clue how to function.
