It is called Paracetamol in the UK. It used to be bought by 100 at a time for stupid cheap. You could get 200 for a pound in late 1990s. Overdoses made the UK limit amounts bought to 48 pills at a time and raising the price. They try to brand it but we ignore it. Supermarket stuff does the job.

Paracetamol isn't a danger unless in high overdose settings. Doesn't matter if you brand it. This is yet another personal gripe from a toddler President.
