I finally recovered from Riot Fest and I realized I haven’t posted all the crop art pics from the State Fair yet! I’ll try to post some more this weekend. Anyway, you should check out the Lambrini Girls if they come through your town:

Clive, after being super chill about no mom walkies since June, is now demanding them after one day of me back to almost normal post surgery. I guess it’s a fair trade. And, hey, I found a cool new little free library after we stopped at the best one (with treatos).

I got these tickets when my knee didn’t bend so I made sure to get lots of leg room. Turns out you CAN get too close to a stage if you forget they there at going to be music stands. It was still very fun and I could see Steve very well on the vibes

I don’t think my PT believed me when I told him I also had never used a treadmill.

Cool! I only have 6 minutes of experience on it so far, but it was fun (and tiring!)

I got a Peloton as part of my recovery since they told me cycling would be a big part of it, and I thought I needed something interactive and fun so I would use it. I like it.

I got super sweaty! It made me acutely aware of how out of shape I am, lol. Other than that it seemed kind of like a run ride!

PT: I think your knee is strong enough for the elliptical. Why don’t you do 6 minutes

Me: I’ve never been on an elliptical!

PT: what??

Me: remember how I said I’ve never really used any gym equipment and get all my exercise from activities? I wasn’t lying!😄

Anyway, I have now used an elliptical!
