You didnβt hear this from us, but the Old English word 'sibb' meant βrelated by blood.β
This is where we get the 'sibling.'
And 'godsibb' essentially meant βgodparent.β
Over time, it came to mean "close friend."
Now it is something we share w/ close friends...
'gossip.'
Wishing all my friends in the United States a happy National Cat Day. We don't have a National Cat Day in the UK, just a National Cat. Me.

Hear me out: stop selling naming rights on everything. Go back to calling things by what they do or what they resemble
Skydome forever. Saddledome & Butterdome, too!
No more Rogers this and Scotiabank that, please. I've no idea what city you're in, they are so overused. Meaningless. Soulless
Same. Last year I declined to pay for a kitchen faucet that would respond to voice commands.

But oh so devastating because after my recent re-studenting the truest line for me was:

The mezzanine level between hauptbahnhof and terminal at FRA is one of my very favourite liminal spaces. But this may be a bridge too far into another world.

He has a thoughtful expression as he asks, "So when did you know, like, that she was the one for you?" Second, an older man with a beard and a warm expression responds, "October 21, 1975." He is wearing a green cardigan over a blue patterned shirt, and the background is filled with books and papers.

In addition to Lupin--which you should watch--have a read through the real-life history of the pieces of the French empire that have actually been stolen:

I took a $12 uber to the terminal. I am not complaining about $15 total to the airport, but very few travelers have my flexibility and patience.
Huh. Just looked at my local SDM: bookings for COVID but the cost is $135 + $20 injection fee. I guess I am not surprised?
I booked in with AHS in November and we will see what they charge (bc I am still not sure if I am eligible for a free shot--and they won't tell me until the appt).
