The roadmap is clear:
✅ Localize funding to grassroots organizations
✅ Integrate humanitarian-development-peace sectors
✅ Put women at every decision table
✅ Long-term financing, not 1-year cycles
Because peace without women's leadership? Not sustainable.
The barriers are real:

❌ Shrinking civic space
❌ Criminalization of WHRDs
