That's absolutely something the returning officer/council can do. It's not really something the government can do.

This whole not printing Māori Ward Candidates in the electoral booklet is a fucken disheartening process for South Wairarapa.

We have had racism throughout the paper road bylaw with South Wairarapa District Council submissions.
