Why don’t we just install AI technology at the supermarket fag counter too? 🙄 Although supermarket staff probably have more training and experience than border force. My 30 year old kids still can’t buy alcohol without ID. As you say, very difficult to guess someone’s age.

People have genuine, serious, concerns which need to be recognised and addressed. The problem is they keep being told that these concerns are caused by immigration, and when you are struggling you will take what you can as a reason. This isn't to say people are stupid or racist, just struggling. 1/
