24.03.2025 15:32 — 👍 5 🔁 4 💬 0 📌 0報告書のなかで中居正広氏の「男同士じゃつまらんね、女性いるかな」という発言があって、松本人志氏の"女性献上"の件でもそうだったけど、男同士の絆を深めるために女性を性的にモノ化するホモソーシャルの根深さを痛感する。その延長に性暴力があって、でも組織自体が男性優位な構造だから被害は軽視され、トップは性暴力や人権侵害の認識を欠き、事なかれ主義で救済システムは機能せず、結局被害者ではなく加害者が守られてしまう。フジテレビに組織的な欠陥があることは報告書で指摘されている通り、それと同時にこれは全然フジテレビだけの問題ではないなとも思った。
