No fan of ramekin for baked beans (Partridge suggests Sonja uses the sausage as a 'breakwater' between beans and egg) but the emergence of hash browns is a godsend. If nothing else, it's made things less watery. Yes, tomato (baked or god forbid, plum) I'm looking at you.
