reading this account of events that took place almost exactly 100 years ago feels like reading a parable written expressly for our times. the parallels are uncanny—right down to a debaucherous crime committed by the “dear leader” on january 6th, 1924.

One of the key ways you refuse to comply with fascism is by becoming even louder and more fearless in supporting vulnerable people.
