Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse asked Pam Bondi about DOJ's decision to drop the investigation into Tom Homan.

MSNBC first reported that Homan was recorded in Sept. 2024 accepting a bag with $50,000 in cash in an undercover FBI sting.

Bondi refused to answer, then attacked Whitehouse.

The U.S. shed 32,000 private-sector jobs in September, payroll-processing giant ADP said on Wednesday.

That is down from a revised loss of 3,000 in August. Economists polled by The Wall Street Journal had expected an increase of 45,000.
