Movement vs. Technique
Karate isnโt just motion โ itโs orchestration. Technique is what happens when breath, timing, intent, and every micro-movement come together.
You can peck the right keys and still miss the music. Just ask Cluckmaninoff โ our dojoโs piano-playing chicken. The notes are there.

It seems to be like the movements of kata itself - you donโt show what the movements do expressly. Thus, gamaku and how it is employed is part of the ura (private, hidden) va omote (public, visible) of the
A current topic of discussion in a MA group I was invited to is Goju ryu and use of koshi (hips).
