These gifts from the earth will be shaped into tools of renewal — just as I am reshaping my life into something sacred, creative, and whole.

The butterfly reminded me: endings are beginnings. I too am in a rebirth. I’ve been shedding old layers, healing wounds from early childhood trauma, and learning how to stand in my own light again. Like the butterfly, my journey has been fragile, but full of transformation.

Tuesday 6/17 COTD 9 of wands, the wounded warrior. We might need some extra strength to battle our way through the day. We could be a bit grumpy and sensitive. Stand your ground however, let's find a SMILE to put on our face. We won't get any hugs looking like this, LMAO.

This message hits hard after my therapy session yesterday. I’ve been learning that boundaries aren’t walls—they’re invitations to treat ourselves with respect.
Mental health is self-care. Let’s normalize therapy, reflection, and protecting our peace.

Sometimes you have to let go of the noise—old stories, bad habits, emotional static—to see the path ahead clearly.

This isn’t about cutting people off. It’s bout drawing a clear line between what nurtures me and what drains me.
Even when it’s uncomfortable.
Even when it’s someone I love.
