If people don’t think that Farage will follow this playbook if he wins in 2029 and take direct control of the Met, Manchester, Glasgow etc etc police, they are utterly deluded .

Meanwhile, the hard left :- “Starmer is a fascist and must be defeated in 2029”

You must vote for who you wish . I will be voting Labour . I despise Reform and will do anything within my democratic and legal power to stop them taking power in ‘29

No, the people elect Parliament and they make the law .
It you don’t like the government you can vote to remove them in 2029 . The alternative is almost certainly going to be a Reform Company Ltd government . Good luck with that

The law says they are a terrorist group .

If you honestly and seriously believe that the Labour Party is a “far right” party or even has “far right traits” then I shan’t waste my time trying to reason with you .
I’d get more sense out of debating with my Labradors .

Merely going on the polling which is all anyone has to go on .

Lots of time to go until the next election, but unless something significant changes and “the left” get behind Starmer’s Labour, Farage in No 10 looks highly likely .

If we keep Labour out of government in 2029, we will end up with a Reform led govt which will cut welfare to the bone and scrap the NHS . How will that help the poor and disabled ?

Unless there is another one, Alex Chalk is no longer an MP . He lost his seat to the LibDems last year

Almost half of young people no longer drink alcohol Britons of all age groups are cutting back to improve their health — although ‘abstinence influencers’ seem to have less impact on the over-55s

Maybe there’s a connection with this ? www.thetimes.com/uk/society/a...

Nobody advocating for Ukraine to surrender its territory to Russia has any business ever calling themselves antifascist.

One can agree or disagree with whether it was correct or not to proscribe PA and classify it as a terrorist organisation . However, these people were not arrested for “protesting against mass murder”, which is perfectly legal . They were arrested for supporting a terrorist organisation which is not

It caused millions of pounds worth of damage, took military assets out of action and could have endangered lives . It’s terrorism

I disagree . Sabotaging military aircraft puts the lives of servicemen at direct risk and through its lack of availability for use, the lives of citizens .

It crosses a line from mere criminality to terrorism, no less than planting a bomb that doesn’t actually kill anyone does

You’re perfectly entitled to believe that the law is an “ass” and even some weird antisemitic conspiracy theory about it “being paid for by Israeli …” .
However, the fact remains that it is a proscribed terrorist organisation and the police are required to arrest those who show support for it .

The law says that Palestine Action IS a terrorist organisation and that supporting it is a serious offence . The Met have no alternative but to make arrests.

The rowers should be thankful that this didn’t happen under a Reform Company Ltd Government . They would have been shot by the Home Guard on sight

If we are genuinely “on the brink of societal collapse” over immigration, then it’s largely because of the relentless propaganda pumped out by the likes of Reform, the Tories and their media friends like GB News, the Mail. Even worse, the BBC is amplifying it . Shameful #R4today #OFCOM

Boris should be a continual reminder that, no matter how disappointed some people are with Keir Starmer, he’s 100 times better than Johnson
