It's absolutely true. So many middle class out their whom aspire to be a landlord at the first opportunity without ever any thought about the implications.

For sure it is an amazing change, I experienced a section 21 eviction a few years ago and before that knew nothing about it or had ever thought about this kind of thing. Amazing to see it abolished so soon.
