30th cube draft of the year was from my 4 player grixis desert bar cube that I made in an hour after my friend got a bunch of bulk bin cards donated. 4 packs of 10, no deck building, you get what you get.

We drafted with 3 people and I won the multiplayer game. Tons of fun.

29th Cube draft of the year was another Stone Soup! Started on lightning bolt and got another and lightning helix very quickly. Went 6-3 in games, mostly off the back of Restless Bivouac, that card is the MVP of MVPs.

28th cube draft of the year was from my buddy’s brand new Worst In Slot cube. RW aggro, went 1-1 in matches before the prerelease started. Super fun. Goblin Assault is very strong for a deck like this.

Wrath into Recommission felt real good. Then got wrathed again haha.

If everyone is trying to be somewhat aggressive which is likely given the colors, then I want to be just a little bigger. 4 toughness and a good mana sink for the late game sounds great to me.

Grixis control, still figuring out the right density of card advantage to removal but this felt like it was getting there. A lot of games came down to whether or not I drew Fiery Cannonade. Sweepers are good in control decks apparently!

24th cube draft of the year at INW CubeFest. Playing the Antiquarian Peasant cube. Gruul ago did well. 1-2 but a lot of very close matches. This is my element. Tomorrow’s records will be worse lol.

23rd cube draft of the year. UW tempo-y stuff in the Actualizing Absence cube. Went 1-3. If I keep this up I’ll be at 3-0 by the end of the week.

22nd cube draft of the year. Mono removal stone soup pile. Went 0-3 and punted every time it mattered lol. Tons of fun.

21st cube draft of the year was what I would describe as a UB tempo deck from my friend’s Kaiju Cube. Lots of 1 for ones and a few ways to generate card advantage. I went 1-1 and had to bounce. Lots of decisions and very close games.

I went 1-3 with every match going to game 3. Lots of very close match ups. Tooth and Nail is a hell of a card.

19th cube draft of the year was from my cube! 41 card Naya CoCo. Felt pretty arrogant in the first few games and then I stopped getting lucky lol. I played 6 matches and ended up 3-3. Loved seeing what everyone brought to the table! I never learn but I really need DRAFT MORE REMOVAL.

18th cube draft of the year was from a brand new cube! RB sacrifice-y big creatures. The big creatures did more than the sacrifice stuff. Got the Mayhem devil a bit late to really capitalize. Went 2-2, got pretty stomped if people got stuff out early. Shouldn’t have passed Slagstorm.

17th cube draft of the year was from a very powerful legacy-style cube. Value artifacts with Arcane Savant loops (with Jeskai Revelation) as a topper. Limited interaction was rough, next time I’ll try and focus on one plan rather than like five lol. Very fun to play. Won two games all night haha.

Skizz made the classic mistake of not prohibiting bigots from his community at the start, then made it his job and now he has to capitulate to them or lose income. He’s making his community unsafe for marginalized people so now he has to attract even more bigots in order to stay solvent.
