Late, but I wanted to jump in on this trend. While I love Fieren, I am deeply inspired by how brave this person was! They went for the hard thing, were curious, made us all rejoice and draw together!

I should have been donating all along. Blender has been such an incredible tool for me, the last 5 games I have shipped have been exclusively modeled, UV'd and rigged in Blender. It fucking rules! You can't make me go back to Maya! I won't!

Consumer facing "A.i." is about triggering the excretion of a mediocre product. It's a rejection of PROCESS. Life itself is process, not fucking product. Push "A.i." on kids and you rob them of the joyful experience of life itself. I am not exaggerating.

This a older project where I just wanted to get a idea out of my head with just a high poly model and some animation. Also wanted to make a prop with a bit of personality and character.

This is pretty crazy. Drones are another tech that can capture real environments and be projected doing moves previously impossible, like pulling crazy Gs. Svalbard just looks gorgeous. As a CG artist I’d love to see Unreal here but nature gives you so much for so little. Damn.
