Christmas Opening Hours & Technical Support Call and leave a message on 0114 327 0100 or 01738 827 244, email us at contact@imsheatpumps.co.uk, or fill in our form to report a fault and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, according to the support schedule below. Here’s what our support schedule looks like this year: Monday 23rd December – Limited service from 9:00am to 12:00pm – then we’re off to enjoy a well-earned mince pie (or three). Tuesday 24th December – Thursday 2nd January – All calls will go to voicemail, but we’ll be monitoring them and calling you back. Emergency engineers are on standby for those without heating or hot water during working days. Please note there is no service operating on weekends or bank holidays. Friday 3rd January – Full service resumes in our Sheffield office. The kettle will be on and the biscuits stocked! onday 6th January – Our Perth office reopens, ready to tackle whatever 2025 throws at us.
