The only people curious about me are those who need something from me. Which tells me a lot about the possible future of my personal projects and if I should even bother.

In Seattle, I met someone who I totally knew was too cool for school.

It's my honest belief that my work deserves to exist more than me. What's that say about me versus my work?

My work's been called "AMAZING", "BREATH-TAKING", "OUT OF THE WORLD" and then some. But I just can't seem to crack that "thousand-dollar-day" barrier.

I mean, I watched the videos, bought the setups, bought the banners, bought the stuff to make the merch. People go outta their way to GUSH over my work.

Folks that have been doing Artist Alley for 10+ years, I dunno how you do it. I've been trying to Artist Alley since 2011 and it's been one miserable expensive failure after another. The ONLY moderately successful con I've worked was the 2016 Indigenous Comic Con, where I netted a whopping $800

Re-watching Avengers Endgame and I can't stop thinking about the people who turned to ash in Infinity War. Some of them may have been on a commercial airplane, flying a helicopter, on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean, bungee jumping, pregnant women... oh, I don't wanna even go there.

Amidst all this financial chaos, it's STUPID that no one has reopened the classic "DOLLAR-THEATER".
