When I first read through the original comics as a kid, One-Eye dying hit me in a way I don't think I was ready for. I don't think I cried back then, but as an adult it still hits me pretty hard each time I reread it, and yeah, I tear up a good bit.

One of my favorite artists, Thomas Cole, known for depictions of myths and legends, as well as beautifully rendered images of the passage of time, painted the ancient greek tragedy of Prometheus Bound. Without context, this is a naked man chained to a rock. Not tame enough for you, Bluesky?

I'm still on the fence about how I want to portray the Pit. Armor and weapons? Fists only? Wooden swords? I gotta remember that it doesn't have to be fair, just exciting!
