This isn’t what American used to be. Almost half of Americans still support autocracy in the form of Trump, he’s talking 2028. Heaven help the rest of us along for the ride.

Our federal government is broken. Debt mounts, services decline. Establish federal term limits. Establish short campaign periods. Establish strict limits on campaign contributions. Or, the government eventually collapses under all the hypocrisy.

I don’t know how anyone watching the oversight hearing with AG Bondi can come away with anything but a profound feeling that our national government is broken.
