The weight loss industry depends on taking credit for short-term weight loss then blaming clients for the almost certain long-term regain that is part of the same physiological response. This contributes to stereotypes about fat people, encourages harmful weight cycling, and is an absolute con job.

I have declared a new tradition for my family’s special occasion meals: something weird. This thanksgiving it was a pineapple, cheddar cheese, and Ritz cracker casserole that ended up being delicious. What’s your favorite weird dish?

When corporations are raking in record profits, CEOs make 200 times more than workers' median compensation, and billions are being spent on stock buybacks, the problem is not inflation or workers demanding higher wages. The problem is sociopathic corporate greed.

You can’t have a war against fatness without having a war against fat people, You can’t love the hypothetical thin person you wish I was while trying to eradicate the fat person that I am. You can't claim to be anti-weight stigma while wanting a world with no fat people in it.

New here, just figuring out how things work and what’s going on.

Imma need some of you to think about thriving out of spite. I had big plans for 2025 and I’m definitely not gonna pre-derail them for likes of Elin and Tromp. I’m getting more involved. Loving harder. Writing hornier. Having more fun. I’m gonna be so kind to my neighbors, bitch.
