You might find Merola’s Time Control clock (a little alarm clock you can use to slow the time) handy, to have those domestic, cozy moments in sims 2

one thing I wish we had more of in the sims 2 is water activities! snorkelling, kayaking, powerboats, windsurfing, etc.

right now we have diving boards& Marco Polo game whilst in pools
