Seems like a lot of people have been guided to stare at the wrong part of the picture, like the spotlight got moved to the wrong 1%.

Okay *THANKS* for the pics already sent! Sorry but no more please. That’s plenty since I’m doing a ”light” version of Inktober this year. Between caregiving for my 90 year old mom, and this morning one of my old dogs is ailing and at the vet now. So no way can I manage 31 drawings.

I’ve done Inktober most years since 2017. Always ran into November to finish (because life happens) no big deal. I often liked to draw my own dogs from life and now treasure having them in my sketchbooks years after they’re gone.

Anyone have a good pic of their dog in a relaxed pose I can use for a “model”? It’s for the theme ”Relax” in this week’s #blueskyartshow. Yawning, stretching, or snoozing would work. I’ll do a small pen-and-ink in observance of Inktober.

He also loves the sound of his own voice (the moronic drone is like nails on a chalkboard to me).

While I’m gleefully having a good laugh at how brown bicycle guy escaped, I can imagine only too well how ugly the scene would turn if the goons had caught him.
