Petunia Pickle Bottom is the Louis Vuitton of diaper bags, as all my real friends know. We hit the secondhand shops today and there was a PPB green and purple peacock diaper clutch in perfect shape for $25. My youngest is 8yo and I’m still considering going back to buy it.

Sounds like the source of the shrimp contaminated with cesium 137 has been identified - a scrap metal factory in Indonesia. My first guess is they were recycling contaminated metals, either unknowingly or intentionally.

Here’s a progress pic. I used water soluble interfacing. This lets me draw or print a design and easily transfer it to the fabric, and it holds the knitted (therefore stretchy,) fabric in place so the stitching doesn’t warp the material. I embroidered on the inside front of the shirt.

I found this t-shirt on the free table at Bubonicon, and I can see how it ended up there. I don’t want to walk around with a transphobic billboard on my boobs either. But, this was a good quality shirt in my size! I’m thankful that someone left it on the table instead of throwing it away.
