#thirdeye tip 2: Sit just to sit. If we’re meditating, view the act as sitting just to sit. We can play the game of turning off our thoughts if we desire. It certainly helps activate the third eye and facilitates clairvoyance, but don’t take it too seriously, the point is to play around and relax.

#ThirdEye tip: Focus on generating energy in the heart because it is easier to see clearly when the heart is activated (compassion, empathy, love). The third eye is all about seeing realities for what they are, and a good heart really helps prevent feeling overwhelmed by difficult truths being seen
