Very true, there’s no such thing as a government shutdown here. If a budget didn’t pass then there’d be a no confidence vote and we’d have an election. Our politicians here are far from perfect, some are pretty corrupt like my premiere good old Dougie

1000%. I don’t begrudge my taxes when I don’t pay for healthcare amongst other things. With my income there’s a lot of services I don’t benefit from myself but I know many who do. But I guess in my mind I do anyway since they keep crime rates down
