It will be back next week because I’m knee-deep in conference preparation and upcoming book launch stuff this week.

In the meantime, I wish you all many spoons!

That I’m authentic and write realistic characters. (I don’t mean human, necessarily, just authentic in their world and to their story.)

And with my realistic BDSM books, that hopefully I helped them sort stuff out, or helped them understand a loved one better, or avoid trouble.

I have two teams at work constantly saying "words are hard" versus getting super frustrated when they can't find the right ones. I say it constantly there & when trying to find the right turn of phrase for a story. #spoonieauthchat

Well, I’ve been a disability advocate in literary circles for about nine years now. I say a lot of things like: “We are the heroes, not the sidekicks.”

But I’m gonna go with anything about cake. I am known for talking about cake a lot. 🍰 #SpoonieAuthChat

I find myself saying this over and over when I read things for people.

And it's noticeable because I used to be the biggest offender. 😂
