I am currently in Canada and watched the CBC broadcast. Team USA came out to cheers and the booing and jeering very clearly started when Vance was shown. The poor Canadian broadcaster sounded a bit flummoxed and apologetic as she described what was happening.

I was surprised earlier in the day when bsky labeled the video graphic content and I couldn't get around that designation. Not that I want to be watching these videos but I think we all owe it to the victims to bear witness.

I had a chance to learn con law from one of the great scholars. I remember the uproar the day he told us why roe was wrongly decided (not for outcome but process). He was a firm believer in checks and balances, which this government is decidedly not.
