Clemson can't afford his buyout, and there is no clear target that would fit. This is not a program at this point in where they are where they could just hire a hot coordinator or G5 head coach.

There's a major difference btwn a pro team vs a college coaching change.
It isn't interviewing candidates for their vision and to see if they are aligned with you. It's recruiting them to show you are aligned; and that there is a plan already in place. Both for retention and procurement of talent.

At this point, the only reason to watch VT is to scout for players you hope your team gets in the transfer portal.
