The Outer Worlds 2 presents its unique items in a way that is kinda confusing to me. Like... I can infer from various details that this is a piece of armor, but... why doesn't it SAY anywhere that it's armor?

Asymmetric’s entire deal is making sure our processes are like the ones he describes from the 90s. Sure, fewer people buy our games, but they cost orders of magnitude less to make, and the people making them are creatively empowered and not constantly frustrated.
